About Dr. Brent J. Oneal
Dr. Oneal has over 20 years of direct forensic and clinical experience including specialized forensic psychological evaluation and sexual offense evaluation/treatment. He presently holds professional memberships in a variety of organizations including the American Psychological Association, American Psychology-Law Society, the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abuses, and the Washington Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abuses.
He has published and presented work in the areas of forensic evaluation, risk assessment, developmental psychology, scale development, sexual-offense-specific evaluation and treatment, and medical psychology. Dr. Oneal independently practices in Washington State and Alaska, and specializes in a variety of forensic and clinical activities provided throughout those states. In addition, he presently works as a court evaluator through adult inpatient psychiatry at Harborview Medical Center, is on allied professional medical staff at Child Study and Treatment Center, and is a contract psychologist for the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation conducting forensic, psychological, and neuropsychological evaluations.
